Molly M. Howard
Molly M. Howard is the founding partner of Howard & Whatley, P.C. She has been practicing family law in Savannah for more than thirty years. Prior to founding the firm, Mrs. Howard was a Partner and civil litigator at Hunter, Maclean, Exley & Dunn, P.C. In addition to her practice, the Court frequently appoints Mrs. Howard to serve as Guardian Ad Litem in family law cases.
Thomas G. Whatley, Jr.
Thomas G. Whatley, Jr. is a partner with Howard & Whatley, P.C. He specializes in defending businesses and individuals in civil actions in the State Courts and Superior Courts throughout Georgia. Tom also practices in the United States District Courts in the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia. Mr. Whatley further represents employers and insurers throughout the state in claims pending before the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation.
Victoria H. Tobin
Victoria is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Law School of Law. She is a civil practitioner with a wealth of experience in Trial Practice, Business Dispute Resolution, Government Contracting and Regulation, and Construction Contracts. She has served as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is a Certified Mediator qualified under both Georgia and North Carolina law.
Evan C. Barker
Evan C. Barker is an associate attorney with Howard & Whatley, P.C. He practices primarily in the area of family law. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Family Law Section, the Savannah Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Division.
Evan was born and raised in Duluth, Georgia. He attended Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina before attending the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science.
Megan H. Lane
Megan H. Lane is an associate attorney with Howard & Whatley, P.C. She specializes in family law. She also has experience defending businesses and individuals in civil actions. Ms. Lane is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association and Alabama Bar Association.
