Rated “AV-Preeminent” by Martindale Hubbell International Law Directory, the legal profession’s highest available peer-review rating, Victoria is a civil practitioner with a wealth of experience in Trial Practice, Business Dispute Resolution, Government Contracting and Regulation, and Construction Contracts. She has served as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is a Certified Mediator qualified under both Georgia and North Carolina law. Her varied professional background includes a judicial clerkship with the North Carolina Court of Appeals where she was law clerk to the Honorable Gerald Arnold, nine years with the office of the Attorney General of Georgia where she became an Assistant Division Director, ten years with an Atlanta law firm specializing in Construction Law where she was an equity partner, and two years as Vice President and General Counsel of a North Carolina furniture manufacturer.

Victoria is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law and is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and North Carolina. She has practiced in state and federal courts at all levels, including the United States Supreme Court. While practicing in Atlanta, she served on the Governing Board of the Atlanta Lawyers Club, the Executive Counsel of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Construction Law Section, and as a member of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry and the Panel of Construction Industry Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association.

Victoria has a history of community involvement and volunteer work, including serving on the Board of Directors of Royce Learning Center of Savannah, a program serving the needs of children with learning disabilities. She is a member of St. Peters Episcopal Church of Savannah.
